Products Labeled "Freight Shipping" in Product Description are shipped VIA freight. Please note griddlesupply.com is not responsible for damages caused while in transit, pleasure ensure when taking delivery to note down any issues with delivered goods such as broken plywood, broken straps, ripped pallet wrap on Bill of Lading "BOL" and please take pictures so we can file a claim. Products not labeled "Freight" are shipped via regular Shipping Carriers like UPS, FEDEX, or USPS, We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping. Every package shipped is securely shipped and documented with images to ensure the best shipping experience.
Freight shipments can take approximately 3-20 business days (depending on location)
Regular packages 3-8 Business Days (Depending on Location)
We are not responsible for delays with freight or shipping.

We gladly accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges.

All products are checked by our 30 point inspection. We are not responsible for damages during transit with freight or shipping.

We love custom orders and want to make your vision a reality. Before we start any custom order we require a 50% deposit to start any work. Customer must sign and confirm design. Deposits are non-refundable in the event the customer cancels their order.

We offer up to a 1 year warranty on our products.
Please note products labeled heavy duty have a 1 year warranty that covers:
Burners
Hose and Regulator
Knobs
Frame (oxidation)
Griddle (Warping Only)
Wheels
Any modifications or alterations of any kind by customer voids warranty.
We cover freight expenses or shipping expenses in case of having to ship the product back for up to 30 days of delivery.
